Submitting a takedown notice
If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and you believe material on Paraíso Remix infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Submit notices through our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We will review and respond promptly.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information above plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction and accepting service of process.
Response time
We act on valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days.
Misuse
Submitting fraudulent notices may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
