Paraíso Remix is a DJ edit and promo distribution service for working DJs, artists, and labels. By accessing the site or downloading any content, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans (Basic Pool, Pro Pool, Headliner) entitle members to download cleared and approved tracks using monthly credits. Plan benefits, credit allotments, and rollover limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
3. License to downloads
Downloaded files are licensed for personal DJ performance use only (live sets, DJ mixes, promotional mixes). You may not resell, redistribute, sync to video, upload to streaming platforms as your own master, or claim authorship of any track.
4. Content uploaded by users
If you submit a track or request a custom edit through the Partner or Intro Service forms, you represent that you own the rights to the source material or have written permission from the rights holder. See our Copyright Policy.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension. Fair-use limits prevent automated downloading; abuse may trigger temporary blocks.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our copyright policy, or applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." Paraíso Remix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
