By downloading music from ParaisoRemix, you agree to the following usage rights and restrictions. These terms protect our artists and ensure fair use for the DJ community.
Use downloaded tracks in live DJ sets, club performances, and festivals.
Blend, remix, and create mixes for non-commercial release and personal portfolios.
Broadcast on internet radio, podcasts, and DJ mix shows with proper attribution.
Use in promotional DJ mixes, demo reels, and social media content to showcase your sets.
You may not sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the downloaded files as standalone products.
Uploading tracks to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Sharing files via file-sharing networks, torrents, or direct download links to third parties is not allowed.
You may not register or claim ownership, copyright, or neighboring rights over the original recordings.
License Grant. ParaisoRemix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use audio files solely for DJ performance, live mixing, radio broadcast, podcast inclusion, and promotional activities.
No Commercial Exploitation. You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the downloaded files. This includes using tracks as background music in commercial productions, advertisements, or films without obtaining separate synchronization and master use licenses directly from the rights holders.
No Streaming Platform Uploads. Uploading tracks or derivative works containing substantial portions of downloaded files to commercial streaming platforms (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TIDAL, and Deezer) is strictly prohibited. This applies regardless of whether the upload is monetized.
Attribution. When broadcasting mixes or performances containing ParaisoRemix tracks, reasonable efforts should be made to credit the original artist and ParaisoRemix where practicable.
Termination. ParaisoRemix reserves the right to terminate your license and access to the platform immediately upon violation of these terms. All downloaded files must be deleted from your devices upon termination.
